Project: Abakus VCL State: All Alessandro Pettoruti 06.Nov.09 17:37	Subject: vclsmp140.bpl can't be installed because it is not a design time package Description: Delphi 2010 Update1 and Abakus VCL V3.70 Build 0. Any Abakus component I place first time in the form give this error mesage: "Package ...\vclsmp140.bpl can't be installed because it is not a design time package." When I retry to place components all works
Elkom 07.Nov.09 1:15	Comment: 1. While opening the project and you get this error click the middle button "cancel". Then another warnig will be. Click OK. Now close Unit1 inside the project and reopen it from the RIGHT TOP corner menu. You can try: 2. Uninstall Abakus software, then reinstall it into different directory for example to C:\AbakusMYvcl
